Educational Services is a building at the east end of the International Mall, but it is also a set of offices you need to take care of the administrative side of being a student. This building houses the offices of Financial Aid, Housing and Residential Life, Registrar, University Accounts Receivable (the Cashier’s Office), and University Admissions.
Financial Aid
The Financial Aid Office can help you with grants, loans, and work-study programs. It can also help you earn money, college credit and real-world experience through cooperative, part-time positions and internships. Don’t forget to fill out a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) form, available online.NMSU’s FAFSA code is 002657.

The Office of the Registrar supports every student at New Mexico State University. The NMSU Office of the Registrar is responsible for:

University Accounts Receivable
You can pay bills at the Cashier’s window of this office, or visit their website to pay online.
University Admissions
The Admissions Office helps students before they arrive at NMSU, but they also have Student Ambassadors and volunteers who help at recruiting events. This is also the office for students who want to change admission status, apply for a second degree, to apply for readmission.
