Spring 2013 Mid-semester Review!

Aggie Welcome & Orientation with the Office of Student Engagement is continuing its efforts to provide awareness of all the resources available on campus and to encourage all students to assess their academic progress thus far. The Spring semester’s withdrawal date is quickly approaching and we want all of our Aggies to know what their options are and what they can do to be successful students.

Mid-semester Review kicks off on Thursday, February 28th and this semester we are launching a social media and news campaign. This campaign includes a Mid-semester Review card which consists of a self-assessment checklist and a short scavenger hunt quiz. This self-assessment will help you determine if you are being the best student that you can be. We will also have featured posts and stories on what it means to withdraw, financial aid, degree plans and requirements and much more! Announcements will also be sent out to the student hotline which provides news and reminders about things that are going on at the University. To showcase our valuable resources, colleges and organizations we will be hosting the Check-In/Check-Up Spring Expo on Tuesday, March 5th from 11am-2pm in the Corbett Center Student Union, 1st floor in the old bookstore space. This Expo will not only be informative but we will have fun activities and cool prizes for students who attend!

Make sure to check the your.nmsu.edu website for daily updated information and to find answers to your questions!
