Your NMSU – A Student Guide to NMSU

New Student Orientation Fee Policy

All first-time students at New Mexico State University are assessed a one-time, non-refundable, New Student Orientation Fee.  This $40.00 fee is automatically billed to your student account and applies to all new students (entering freshman and transfers).  This fee is used to provide programs and services to help new students with their transition to NMSU.

If you are not able to attend the events held during Aggie Welcome & Orientation (AWO) please:

1.   Review orientation information on “Your NMSU – A Student Guide to NMSU” (http://your.nmsu.edu/).  The site contains important introductory information related to your academic life, student life, and wellness and safety.  Timely announcements and posts on this site also keep you informed about events on campus.

2.  After Tuesday, January 22, 2013 check the “Your NMSU” website and look for the “Get Your Stuff” tab to sign up to receive Orientation materials:  http://your.nmsu.edu/get-your-stuff/
